Product:
this cultivar grows in “Valle del Belice” area. The oil produced from Nocellara cultivar, shows a very low acidity, under 0,50%, and has got mild consistency. It is one of the richest oil in terms of polyphenols ( about 340mg/Kg).

Aroma:
strong aroma and grass hint
Taste:
fruity, slightly bitter and peppery
Aftertaste:
almond, artichoke and green tomato
Ideal for:
soups, vegetables, salads and meat or fish meals.
